had 3 hours break today.
accompanied Vinegar Boy to see chinese doc for his back
had lunch at Chinatown..carrot cake very nice!! lol
went back home while he went kovan to meet jy
sat down and used lappy for awhile. then when i stood up i got a piercing pain in my back.
i dunno what happened..dad says i sprained a nerve or something.
now my back, like his, cant bend if not it will hurt.
he hurts in the waist area..mine is the upper back, near the spine.
cant even slp on my side as usual..when taking my afternoon nap juz now i had to lie flat on my back and it took ages to fall aslp.
lol i understand how u feel nw dear.
gotta go mug for IAQ now; having a quiz tomorrow. zzz. i still have tonnes to catch up on.
